3 DAYS / 2 NIGHTS: TARANGIRE PARK + NGORONGORO PARK + LAKE MANYARA PARK

TARANGIRE PARK: Tarangire is perhaps the only place in the world where wild elephants don’t shy away from humans.
You’ll come face-to-face with a wild, several-ton elephant, who will allow you to observe it from
just a few meters away.
In Tarangire, you can see waterbuck, giraffe, dik-dik, impala, eland, Grant’s gazelle, vervet monkey,
banded mongoose, and olive baboon. Predators in Tarangire include lion, leopard, cheetah, caracal, honey badger, and African
wild dog.

LAKE MANYARA: Welcome to Lake Manyara National Park, well-known for its
tree-climbing lions, the Soda Lake that attracts thousands, pink flamingos, one of the largest
elephant populations in Tanzania, and breathtaking scenery! This travel guide provides the most
up-to-date information on attractions, accommodations in Lake Manyara, how to get there, and more.
Enjoy a safari in Tanzania.
For bird lovers, this park is truly rewarding, home to over 400
species of birds. Other residents include elephants, buffalo, hippos, baboons, waterbucks, impalas, giraffes,
zebras, and wildebeests. Leopards are abundant in the park, but sightings are rare due to the dense vegetation.
With a bit of luck, visitors might even spot the famous “tree-climbing” lions.

NGORONGORO PARK: this is both the name of the crater and the national park. Considered by some to be
the Third Wonder of the World, it is one of the most fascinating safari destinations in the world.
Located at an altitude of 2,236 meters above sea level, the crater is the largest intact basin
formed at the summit of a volcano.
A permanent population of over 30,000 animals inhabits just 260 km² (100 square miles) in a
600 m (2,000 ft) deep crater.
We will travel to the crater floor, home to the densest population of predatory mammals on Earth. The concentration of
animals in Ngorongoro is truly incredible: lions, rhinos, hyenas, buffalo, elephants, and hippos
intertwine with zebras, various antelopes, and colorful birds.
It is also a unique place to interact with the Maasai people. Real Maasai and thousands of
East African animals living in these regions.
